TAXI

Taxis are available all day long. As far as they are concerned the most convenient, best way to get it is to order it on the phone. If caught on the street, ask how much fare is going to be. They charge lower fares between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. and higher fares between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Be careful and if you do not want to risk being overcharged, take a radio taxi.

These are average prices of brand products, but supermarkets often offer brands of products that cost less. Small shops are a little more expensive.
Shops are usually open between 10.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday (some shops are opened at 6.00 a.m.). On Saturdays they are usually open 10.00 – 14.00. The supermarkets and the shopping centres are open seven days a week. There are also shops open 24 hours a day.
