STUDENTS OF THE RADOM ACADEMY OF ECONOMICS CONQUERED THE HABSBURG'S PEARL
Beautiful autumn weather accompanied the student trip to Prague which is often called „a pearl in Habsburg's cesarean crown”. „The city of one hundred towers and spires' enchanted the students wih its unique atmosphere and multitude of culture.

Apart from Prague, the students also visited Kutná Hora – a city which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List – and the rock towns in the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks.

„The trip provided us with lifelong memories and experience. The vivid stories told by our Czech tour guide and the aroma of Koźlak beer tasted at the U Fleků brewery and restaurant, which the Good Soldier Švejk used to often visit, will remain in our memories” say the students.

The trip to Prague turned out to be an excellent integrational project for the first, second, third year full-time and part-time students as well as Erasmus students from Turkey.

The trip was organised between 18th and 21st November 2009. It was one of the multiple student trips to European capitals.

The student government is planning to organise another trip in the spring. All students interested in participation in the next trip are aksed to contact Eliza Tomczyk (a second year student of Journalism and Social Communication), tel.: 725 138 708.
