How to educate the graduates so that they are successful on the present job market? What competencies are  expected by the employers? These questions were discussed during the next meeting of employers that was held at Radom Academy of Economics.

The meeting was attended by the founders of Radom Academy of Economics, chief executives and managers of the leading companies in our region as well as the representatives of the state sector in Radom. During the meeting, there was discussed an issue of flexibility on the job market, a possibility of increasing the number of hours of the practical classes that would realistically prepare students to take up a job once they complete the studies, carrying out the academic research based on the multidisciplinary projects realized by students under the supervisions of the experts representing various institutions.

The meeting was held on the 15^th of May at the seat of Radom Academy of Economics.
