The art of preparing application documents acquired by students

Over 50 Radom Academy of Economics students have just participated in the training on preparing the applications documents. The training was organized by Career’s Office of Radom academy of Economics.

Preparing a Cv, on the very first spot,  seems to be a very easy task to complete. However, we need to make sure to include the information that can encourage our employer to invite us for an interview.

While preparing a Cv, it is worth remembering a few useful tips:

-the most important aspects should be stressed so that they can be noticed easily by the employer, an average employer spends from 20 to 30 seconds on reading it

-the information should be true and valid

-try to avoid sending the scans of diplomas, certificates (we will take them once we have been invited for an interview)

-the information should be chronologically written

-remember to use the 3rd person singular

- it is forbidden to send the same applications documents to multiple

All the participants were given the handouts that hopefully help them write a good-quality CV that is eye-catching and draws employers’ attention.
