Four of the second-year Internal Security students belonging to the Academic Legion of Radom Academy of Economics have been toBrusselsthat became a very important center of the European political life. The trip took place between the 27-30th of November, 2013. The main purpose was to visit one of the seats of the Europarliament.
On the itinerary, there was a meeting with the member of the Europarliament Mr. Adam Bielan who acquainted the students with the functioning of this entity. The next stage of the trip gave the opportunity to learn about the history of the European Union member countries.
Moreover, the students, apart from visiting the Europarliament, had a chance to see undeniable landmarks and sights ofBrussels, the capital ofBelgiumthat is famous for multiple historical buildings as well as countless attractions.
The trip ended up with a formal gathering at one of the restaurants :Chez Leon that is famous for the local specialty: mussels.
The trip to the Europarliament was a very valuable experience. The students had a chance to gain it thanks to the cooperation with the member of the Europarliament: Mr. Adam Bielan.
