Course outline

The main goal of the Business Law course is to equip students with the essential knowledge, skills, and competences concerning legal and economic sciences needed for taking up employment in small and medium enterprises as well as debt collection agencies. The acquired knowledge and practical skills will enable students to solve problems related to the functioning small and medium companies, tax law, labor law, managing funds of an enterprise, insurance, accounting or setting up and running an own company. The proposed specialization Law and Economy is aimed at acquainting graduates, who enter the job market, with the unique competencies relating to skills and knowledge of legal, economic, and complementary aspects. The other specialization such as Enterprise Securities and Vindication is a response to a dynamic development of services offered in the field of vindication and the specialists that are needed in these sectors.

Career prospects

The graduate, depending on the specialization, will be prepared to take up employment in the following enterprises and take up the following roles:

-sale specialists needed for selling legal services

-law firms and offices that mainly specialize in law counseling, vindication, and securities

-enterprises connected with economic aspects, vindication and securities

-leasing companies of public procurement and insurance companies

-at operational, analytical, and managerial companies

-in enterprises and consulting agencies, in the companies of different levels of enterprise as a specialist of the economic law that designs the questions, new proposals, negotiates the agreements in flow trading

-in the consulting agencies as a counselor in the field of legal and economic aspects of an enterprise

-in public, governmental and non-governmental institutions relating to an enterprise.
