On Saturday 27^th of July, the second edition of the contest “Miss Polka 2013” took place in the Kosmos Club. 55 candidates from the Mazovia province came to Radom in order to participate in the event. 11 of them got through to the next row of the contest.

During the casting, the participants not only did they present their natural beauty and the personality but also their dance and vocal skills that were assessed by the special judgment panel. According to Ewa Rubińska, a designer Edyta Górniak, the all participants have shown a great talent and potential for the future.

After a short consultation of the judges’ panel that was formed of designers, make-up artists, dress stylists as well as the organizers of the whole event, the jury has announced the finalists. To the 3^rd edition of the contest, the following candidates from the Mazovia province have qualified:

-Katarzyna Ostojska,

-Joanna Tyl,

-Magdalena Sałek,

-Gabriela Szygorska,

-Aleksandra Musiał,

-Wioletta Adamczyk,

-Zuzanna Grzegorzewska,

-Sandra Kalinowska,

-Paloma Żuchowska.

On Sunday afternoon, the eleven girls took part in the photography and sport-orientated session at the Radom stadium organized by Authorized Dealer of “Ac-Cortes Mazda”.

In August, the finalists will have a chance to present themselves in the regional events.

Soon the finalist will be taking part in the next events organized in Mazovia. On 9^th of August 2013, you will have a chance to see the lucky girls during the fashion show designed by Żaneta Głowacka at Kosmos club at Żermoskiego Street.

Radom Academy of Economics extended its patronage of the event.
